Journal of Future Foods
Journal of Future Foods(ISSN 2272-5669,季刊)是一本国际同行评议、开放获取的期刊,由北京食品科学研究院主办,中国食品杂志社《食品科学》编辑团队运营,属于食品科学与技术学科,旨在报道食品科学领域高新技术、精准营养等方向的最新研究成果。以食品科学领域的全食品营养、智能化和高新科技为主要研究方向。
Journal of Future Foods致力于传播前沿食品科学基础研究,探索未来食品研究方向,开发食品领域颠覆性技术。文章必须具有较强的创新性、科学性、影响力和学术价值。
报道范围
Journal of Future Foods收录原创性研究论文及综述文章,报道内容包括:
01食品生物制造
利用细胞工程、酶工程、基因工程等生物技术和手段制造新型食品、食品配料或提升食品加工效率和水平。
02食品感官科学与口腔加工
具体包括,
感官测量与评价;
感官体验与感觉知觉;
分子美食;
食品的物理特性与动态感官的关系;
仪器测量与人类感官的关系;
感官反应、饮食行为与营养的关系。
03精准营养
针对特定人群(如老年人、孕妇、婴幼儿)或个人特殊需求的食品和膳食补充剂,包括特殊膳食食品。
04高新技术
包括但不限于:
纳米技术;
组学技术;
3D打印;
先进的物理加工技术、绿色制造技术等。
05智能装备
食品原料和产品成分分析中的图像和光谱技术、智能感知技术,无损检测在贮运及品质控制中的应用等。
06食品安全大数据
区块链技术、溯源技术、风险评估技术、预测微生物技术等在食品安全保障中的应用。
07智能化和绿色食品包装
具体包括:
食品的活性包装、智能包装或组合包装;
食品包装的绿色材料和绿色制备技术;
外卖食品和生物活性传递的创新包装;
结合传感器、指示器、射频识别技术和现代条码技术的包装系统。
08跨学科研究
包括但不限于:
食品新原料、新成分的探索;
药食同源动植物、菌物功能研究;
食品危害物筛查与防控;
食用农产品损耗最小化;
食品摄入、运动与健康关系的系统研究;
食品消费科学;
数字化在食品供应链中的应用等。

INTRODUCTION
Types of paper
Contributions falling into the following categories will be considered for publication: Original research papers, reviews.
Please ensure that you select the appropriate article type from the list of options when making your submission. Authors contributing to special issues should ensure that they select the special issue article type from this list.

Declaration of competing interest
All authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence (bias) their work. Examples of potential conflicts of interest include employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, and grants or other funding. Authors should complete the declaration of competing interest statement using this template and upload to the submission system at the Attach/Upload Files step. Note: Please do not convert the .docx template to another file type. Author signatures are not required. If there are no interests to declare, please choose the first option in the template. This statement will be published within the article if accepted. More information.
Conflict of interest
All authors are requested to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations within three years of beginning the submitted work that could inappropriately influence, or be perceived to influence, their work. Submission declaration
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere including electronically in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the copyright-holder.
Changes to authorship
This policy concerns the addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in the authorship of accepted manuscripts:
Before the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue: Requests to add or remove an author, or to rearrange the author names, must be sent to the Journal Manager from the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript and must include: (a) the reason the name should be added or removed, or the author names rearranged and (b) written confirmation (e-mail, fax, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed. Requests that are not sent by the corresponding author will be forwarded by the Journal Manager to the corresponding author, who must follow the procedure as described above. Note that: (1) Journal Managers will inform the Journal Editors of any such requests and (2) publication of the accepted manuscript in an online issue is suspended until authorship has been agreed.
After the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue: Any requests to add, delete, or rearrange author names in an article published in an online issue will follow the same policies as noted above and result in a corrigendum.
Copyright
Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete a 'Journal Publishing Agreement'. Acceptance of the agreement will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information. An e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript together with a 'Journal Publishing Agreement' form or a link to the online version of this agreement.
If excerpts from other copyrighted works are included, the author(s) must obtain written permission from the copyright owners and credit the source(s) in the article.

Role of the funding source
You are requested to identify who provided financial support for the conduct of the research and/or preparation of the article and to briefly describe the role of the sponsor(s), if any, in study design; in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data; in the writing of the report; and in the decision to submit the paper for publication. Submission
Submission to this journal proceeds totally online. Use the following guidelines to prepare your article. Via the homepage of this journal (http://www.keaipublishing.com/en/journals/journal-of-future-foods/) you will be guided stepwise through the creation and uploading of the various files. The system automatically converts source files to a single Adobe Acrobat PDF version of the article, which is used in the peer-review process. Please note that even though manuscript source files are converted to PDF at submission for the review process, these source files are needed for further processing after acceptance. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail and via the author's homepage, removing the need for a hard-copy paper trail.
